Thailand Trip Day 2 - Santorini Park

(For Thailand Trip Day 1 and Day 2 Swiss Sheep Farm, click here: Day 1 Hua Hin, Swiss Sheep Farm)

Right after we depart from Swiss Sheep Farm, me and Peiyue and her mum head straight to the famous Santorini Park that everyone's been talking about. If you would like to have some taste of "Greece" and "Santorini", this is a place for you. Maybe a warm up for you before you head to the real place?

Santorini Park, located at Cha-Am, Hua Hin.

I remember how sunny it was during our visit at Swiss Sheep Farm, then suddenly clouds starts to gathered and looked gloomy when we arrived at Santorini Park. I was hoping it will stay gloomy as it were so that we won't get any sunburnt or something but too bad it poured halfway through our visit and we resorted to dine in one of its restaurant inside the park. And also that's also why the photos looked kinda dark and gloomy due to the weather. (My DSLR decided to die on me during this time, great. Most of the photos were from Peiyue's cam.)

Interior of Santorini Park

I love this photo of hers.

If you're more to a photo-taking/model for photo kind of person, Santorini Park is a perfect place for you. There are so many places in the park you can take nice photo with. The flowers, white building body with contrast coloured decorations, doors, window panes etc. You'll be able to find a lot of beautiful surprises at each corner of Santorini Park.

Okay I don't know why is MUFC Store in the park. It's not like they're from Greece.
But oh well, not everything in this world make sense. lol.

The very signature colour of Santorini.

it's fun photo-taking at each and every corner of the park.

Yes, you're a whale, I know that.

Seriously, what can be more awesome and fun travelling with your best buddy!

If you have the time and patience, you will admire the beautiful buildings inside Santorini Park and thinking how beautiful the actual Santorini will be! Santorini Park is a perfect place for wedding shoots I think, for couples who doesn't have the budget to go to Greece for a shoot but still wanted a touch of the magical place in their wedding photos.

After circling and getting lost in the maze-like pathways and in between buildings of Santorini Park, here we come to an open space with lots of statues, art monuments and the signature Santorini Park ferris wheel. (And the super dark gloomy sky that greeted us.)

Groupie photo with the ferris wheel!

Tip for photo at Santorini Park: Don't forget to bring along with you the monopod/selfie stick, you're gonna need it to include everyone in your photo with the huge ferris wheel. Or you can find yourself a friend with super long hands, like mine. lol.

Feels like Cinderella already!

Super funny trick art photo with Aunty
(Seriously, Peiyue's mum is one of the funniest and easy going elders I would prefer to travel with!)

Oops! Spilled a flowerful colours on the ground

Super huge merry-go-round located at the other side of the park

and not forgetting those silly stuff I do during the visit
Got chomp by a shark

Most of the shops inside Santorini Park weren't open during our visit. There are some restaurants located near to the ferris wheel, so you don't need to worry there's nothing to eat if you're hungry during your visit. We chose a local food restaurant and had local Thai noodle soup with meat balls. It was yum!

I want a bowl of this right now!

As mentioned earlier, it was quite an experience seeing how Santorini-look-alike park, it makes me feel like visiting the real Santorini so much! I bet it would be a breath-taking experience eh? We didn't visit the 3D/Trick Art museum which is also located inside Santorini Park because we felt it was not really our thing, hence we leave the park and head back to Bangkok instead after 2 hours touring around the park. And this concludes our visit to Hua Hin, the land with cute sheep, Santorini and the summer palace where their King and Queen currently resides in.

Next, it's Bangkok Shopping time!!!

Last but not least~

Xuan and Snowy

Look who's back in town!

Xuan Xuan it is!

Since it's the year end holiday, thought that it would be great to spend 2 weeks time with him at KL, hence I decided to bring him back to KL. It turns out not only me who gets all the fun, Snowy, my latest added family member a.k.a Husky breed canine is super excited seeing her youngest family member back in town.

ice cream moustache

super sunny day.
Wear all my sunglasses.

lol why so cool

Brought him here and there, but he's not really impressed with all the decorations of shopping malls. He feels more fun to stay at home, playing with my brothers, or Snowy the dog, or swimming etc.

Grumpy always, inherited from his mum I guess. XD He's one fussy young lad. Luckily he has some big appetite I don't have to worry he will starve himself or something.

Xuan loves Snowy super much, more than me I think. But he occasionally make fun of her also. Xuan likes to put goggles onto Snowy, I pity the dog at some point, she must be feeling so speechless towards Xuan's action. lol.

"woof woof woof?"
*translation- Can I go swimming?"

Don't really have time for gatherings nowadays, only managed to go to class or work nowadays. Such busy schedule planning activities for Xuan and all. It was quite saddening that his stay at KL is coming to an end soon... I wonder if he'll feel sad like I do.

Nonetheless, making the best out of what we have is what we should do everyday right?

Bobbi Brown x Chocolate Cats 5th Anniversary

Inconjunction of Fatin's Chocolate Catsz blog 5th anniversary, Bobbi Brown decided to throw her a workshop party for her and her followers on a wonderful 2nd weekend of October. I was one of her lucky blog follower to get chosen for this workshop party and I can't tell you how excited I am!

It's the "Instant Pretty Makeup Workshop", one of the many makeup workshop of Bobbi Brown's, which is super useful to all the ladies out there who are always rushing to work in the morning, or for people like me who always sleep late. *oops*

One mirror for each of us

There are super yum chocolate cupcakes, buns, fresh juices and tidbits prepared for us, roam around the shop for awhile and then the workshop started with an opening speech from both Bobbi Brown's and Fatin.

Fatin of Chocolate Catsz

Like aforementioned, this is an "instant pretty" makeup workshop, so every technique that I learned that day is efficient in lighten up your face in just few minutes. Simple but important steps that you feel you have to oblige in order to look fresh at the start of the day! No more sleepy face!

Our makeup guru and model of the day

Clean and moisturized face is super important for your makeup to stay fresh the whole day

I heart Bobbi Brown's concealer!
Super effective in covering any flaws on your face
*drools looking at this palette*

As you see, concealer is a must!
Especially to cover up your dark eye circles

Bobbi Brown's signature eyebrow drawing method

In order to make your face figure look 3D, shading isn't needed if you draw your eyebrows with Bobbi Brown's method. Draw it abit squarish at the start of your eyebrow it will instantly make you look like you have high nose bridge without having put some shading powder around your nose. One more makeup technique GET!

Lip colour is important for not looking like a walking dead zombie in the morning too!

She's amazed by how instant pretty she looked!

To turn your day look into night look, put on some mascara and eyeliner for an instant glam up!

After the workshop ended, we get to roam around testing all the makeup that we wish to test. Makeup artists of Bobbi Brown's were all so helpful and patient in explaining all my questions bout their makeup.
